URGENT REQUEST
Concerning our 2011 Family Reunion
March 24, 2011
Dear Family and Friends:
We hope this finds everyone doing well. In spite of the many challenges we all face on a daily basis, we have
much for which to be thankful.
We are now only four months away from this year’s family reunion and just six weeks away from the mid-May
registration deadline. For planning purposes, we are asking the following:
• Please let us know right away whether or not you plan to attend the reunion. This is critical because all of
our planning is based on the number of people who will be present. PLEASE LET US HEAR FROM YOU NOW
so we can make this our most festive reunion celebration ever.
• If you plan to attend and you haven’t yet reserved a hotel room, please do so immediately. To REGISTER
FOR HOTEL, CLICK HERE!
• If you plan to attend and you haven’t yet purchased your airline reservations, we urge you to do so now
before the prices go up any more. (Keep Southwest Airlines in mind if they serve the area in which you live.
They may have lower fares on-line and they are the one airline on which “bags fly free.”)
• If you do not plan to attend and you have reserved a hotel room, please cancel your reservation.
• If you do plan to attend, please observe the May 15 deadline for submitting your registration form and
payment.
Remember, this is YOUR reunion; we are merely the hosts. We look forward to your help with these simple
requests and to seeing you this July 27-30 for our 38th annual gathering, “Renewal, Reflection, Reunion.”
