Hello Family Members and Friends,
Time is rolling along merrily for us and we hope the same is true for all of you!
We have just received the latest update from the hotel and are ecstatic to see that so
many people have signed up for their room reservations and are planning to attend the
36th Annual Hansie Solomon Reunion that will be held in Sarasota, Florida July 30th,
31st, August 1st and 2nd.
Remember that June 1st is the deadline for the Hyatt Regency Hotel Resort - get your
reservations in before that date! June 1st is also the deadline to get your monies in for
the Reunion weekend events which include the 1) Get Acquainted Gathering on
Thursday night; 2) Dinner Dance on Friday night; 3) Picnic at Siesta Key on Saturday;
and 4) Farewell Breakfast on Sunday morning.
Your Florida Committee is busy making plans for all of our family and friends for these
activities and more. However, we cannot make the final plans until we receive your
money for the weekend events and t-shirts. We need to know exactly how many are
coming to join with us to celebrate this historic year! Thanks to those of you who have
already sent your money - it was greatly appreciated.
We look forward to hosting this Reunion and sharing a good time with our people!
