The 36th Annual Hansie Solomon Family Reunion planning is in full swing! We had a successful fundraising event (Raffle)
and the three winners were Robert Ford, Jr., Henry Ford and Emmett Vinson. Thanks to All of you who participated.
It is now time for us to really get serious and get registered for all of our activities! The hotel has informed us that a lot of you
have reserved your rooms (over 103 room nights), but we know there are others of you who plan to come and haven’t made
your reservations at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota Resort Hotel. Special prices for the weekend ($129.00/night two days
before and two days after) will end June 1st. Reservations can be made by contacting the Hyatt Worldwide Reservation
Center at 1-800-233-1234, Group name: Hansie Solomon Family Reunion or go to www.sarasota.hyatt.com and enter
“G-HANS” in the Group/Contract # field.
The cost for the weekend events are:
Adults: $99.00
Children: $50.00 (Age 5 -12)
Children: Free (Age 4 and under)

Beach Party at Siesta Key’s Beach Prime Picnic Shelter - 2:00 P.M.
Activities will include Swimming, Beach Strolling, Checkers, Card Playing,
Volley ball, Horse shoes, Shell collecting. There is also a playground for the
little ones.
Farewell Breakfast/Wrap Up at 8:00 A.M.
