CONGRATULATIONS to Wayne Collins, Jr. aka "Lil Wayne" who is in his first year of middle school
(6th grade) and so far has a 3.6 grade point average (Honor Roll). He's in all I.S. (Intensive Study)

CONGRATULATIONS to Jordonna "Dia" Collins who will soon begin the position of Refinery Operator
with Marathon Petroleum Oil Company. Dia was the youngest (21) and only female hired. She is now
much closer to her goal of becoming a 1st Steam Chief Engineer. You might remember from the 2005
issue of The Family Affair (to view click here), that Dia had graduated from Basic Refrigeration and
planned to complete the High Pressure Boiler Operator School at the end of August 2005. She did
complete school as planned and is now licensed for the City of Detroit and Dearborn as a High
Pressure Boiler operator and 3rd class refrigeration.
